In celebration of our wedding day, we humbly thank you for your donation to Free The Children.

Please enjoy this video of Craig Kielburger, founder of Free The Children onsite in Oloosiyio, Kenya. You should know that since this video has been filmed, a lot of progress has happened there!

The wiring has been done for installation of power within the school – they are planning to connect to the main electricity line! This has been the sole initiative of the schools and parents exemplifying the awesome role that the community is taking to own the school project. The students will now be able to allocate more time into studying in the evenings and hence improved performance and school enrolment has gone up with the continuation of the lunch feeding programme. The kitchen gardens have been revived with the onset of rains, which is amazing.

In addition, there are two additional classrooms currently under construction. The first has had its walls plastered and the windows have been put up. The other has laid its foundation. None of this could have been possible without your incredible support, and without the compassion of Heather and Ken.
